One of the great challenges in operating a classical Christian school is that your faculty and administrative staff is made up entirely of men and women, and the student body is made up entirely of boys and girls. And however much you might wish that things could be arranged on a different footing, they are not arranged on a different footing. And . . . biological sex is a big deal.
